As the first Chief AI Officer, I lead AI strategy across the organization - defining the operating model, overseeing AI governance, and driving measurable outcomes for clients in regulated industries.

Independent advisory firm working with organizations on cloud architecture, AI/ML strategy, and technical due diligence. Clients span healthcare, financial services, and higher education - regulated environments where the bar for governance is highest. Also provides pre-acquisition technical assessment for private equity.
